PRESCOTT — The Sharlot Hall Museum has announced an upcoming Living History Adventure program titled “Honoring Prescott’s Heroes,” scheduled to take place on Saturday, November 14, 2026, in Prescott.
The public event will run from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and focuses on the soldiers who served throughout Arizona’s history while also celebrating the heroes of today. The program highlights the historical significance of regional military posts, noting that Fort Whipple and Fort Verde played vital roles in protecting settlers and shaping Arizona’s military legacy.
Throughout the five-hour gathering, attendees will have the opportunity to engage with history through multiple educational activities. Visitors will explore artifacts, hear stories of military life, and reflect on the courage and sacrifice that safeguarded Prescott’s history.
In addition to learning about past military experiences, participants will be invited to take part in interactive opportunities. Guests will have the chance to write letters for Veterans or share their own military stories during the program.
Access to the Living History Adventure is included with standard museum General Admission, as well as for those holding a museum Membership.
