Prescott College Expands Digital Services Through Online Resource Hub

Prescott College continues to provide educational and personal support services to its student body and the broader public through its centralized Online Resources Hub. The digital system connects both remote learners and on-campus attendees to essential collegiate services, spanning academic research, professional development, and community organizing programs.

### Academic Support and Research Access

Students pursuing degrees remotely or in person have access to the institution’s digital library services. The virtual collection includes access to databases, academic journals, millions of scholarly articles, and more than 150,000 electronic books. College librarians provide direct research guidance via telephone at 928-350-1300 and through electronic mail.

Writing assistance is another core element of the institution’s remote operations. The campus Writing Center operates during most weeks throughout the calendar year to assist learners with a wide range of communication projects. Advisors work remotely with students on academic papers, citation formatting, formal emails, and professional resumes.

Direct faculty engagement remains integrated into the remote learning structure. Operating with an eleven-to-one student-to-faculty ratio, instructors schedule individual virtual appointments to provide instructional support to students regardless of their geographic location.

### Wellness Services

To address mental health, the college maintains virtual counseling options for its learners. Through an ongoing partnership with Uwill, students can reach licensed counselors for confidential behavioral healthcare. The remote wellness network operates around the clock, offering assistance twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, through dedicated phone lines at 833-998-9455 and email channels.

### Community Strategy and Environmental Initiatives

The college’s virtual infrastructure also extends to community outreach and environmental initiatives based in Prescott and the surrounding region.

The Green Mountain Center for Sustainability delivers programming focused on sustainable living practices applicable from individual households to global scales. The center combines Prescott College’s environmental studies background with curricular frameworks from Green Mountain College, engaging students, alumni, local residents, and remote participants through solutions-oriented education.

Additionally, the institution hosts the Frantz Fanon Community Strategy Center. This project operates as an advocacy, organizing, and popular education space. The center brings together campus members alongside Northern Arizona community organizations and area residents to collaborate and strategize on issues impacting regional communities.
