Prescott Chamber Releases 2026 Vendor Guidelines for Downtown Arts and Crafts Events

The Prescott Chamber of Commerce has issued registration guidelines, operational policies, and scheduling details for its upcoming series of community gatherings and craft markets scheduled across downtown Prescott during 2026.

Prospective vendors will navigate several key operational adjustments during the upcoming cycle. The 2026 season represents the final year in which physical paper forms will be accepted for entry, as organizers plan to transition completely to digital-only submissions via JotForm beginning in 2027, an update that will also encompass non-profit participants. Registration officially opens on Monday, Jan. 12, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., with site selections awarded strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payments are required immediately upon registration, and organizers will not reserve booth spaces without finalized applications.

### Updated Schedule and Venues

The annual program spans spring through early autumn, starting with the Prescott OFFStreet Festival on May 23–24, 2026. The OFFStreet gathering is returning to its prior setting in the downtown parking lot directly behind the chamber facility at 209 S. Montezuma Street, a venue that accommodates retail and resale operations subject to organizer consent.

The downtown events then shift across neighboring historic corridors. The Prescott Territorial Days Arts & Crafts Show will take place on June 6–7 on the Yavapai County Courthouse Plaza. Two weeks later, the 45th Annual Prescott Bluegrass Festival is set for June 20–21 along Goodwin Street. In the late summer and fall, two separate showcases will also occupy the Courthouse Plaza: the Prescott Labor Day Arts & Crafts Show on Sept. 5–6, followed by the Prescott Fall Arts & Crafts Show on Oct. 3–4.

### Booth Pricing and Tax Rate Adjustments

Organizers confirmed an increase in booth fees across the downtown series. For two-day gatherings situated at the Courthouse Plaza, arts and crafts participants will pay $425.00 for a 10×15 space or $650.00 for a 10×30 plot. Food vendors on the plaza face rates of $525.00 for 10×15 spots and $725.00 for 10×30 accommodations, alongside an optional $50.00 fee for limited electrical access. Spaces for both the OFFStreet Festival and the Bluegrass Festival are sized at 10×10 for $425.00 or 10×20 for $650.00.

Vendors will also note adjustments to local mapping and transaction figures. A revised layout removes spaces 1, 9, 26, 36, 37, 38, 60, 88, 111, and 122 from the active plaza floor plan for the 2026 calendar. Furthermore, vendors must collect sales tax aligned with the rate change enacted in spring 2025, which set the municipal tax rate at 2.95 percent and established an aggregate rate of 9.30 percent when combined with state and county figures.

### County Site Compliance and Plaza Access

To safeguard county property and maintain event permits, rigorous vehicle management protocols remain in place. Motorized transport is strictly barred from driving across the plaza’s “I” blocks. Access has been arranged for vendors assigned to spaces 8–16 and 112–123 to utilize motorized transport into the southern boundary of county property via Union Street, provided each operator exhibits an oil drip tray at entry.

These drip trays must stay positioned underneath parked vehicles throughout loading and unloading procedures. Access operates along mandatory one-way corridors: vehicles entering through Union Street must exit east toward the intersection of Goodwin and Cortez streets for spaces 8–16 and 112–123, while spaces 17–34 exit west toward Goodwin and Montezuma streets. Participants are required to rapidly unload materials and promptly relocate vehicles from active areas.
